The Ground House is available for shoot hire. The main feature of the house is its unique, crafted, architectural design and its natural building material palette of Clay, Douglas fir, London Plane, Lime, and Marble.
The House is equipped with kitchen, living room, study, pantry, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two shower rooms, two entrance halls, two staircases, private road parking area, front walled courtyard garden, rear courtyard garden, landscaped garden with apple orchard, upper terraced garden and pool area and a separate rear studio space. There is broadband throughout as well as three phase power.
